1. About the service

Luckiwis is a free, informational website operated for entertainment. It currently offers:

  • The Kiwi Picks — a NZ Lotto number-picker that turns historical draw statistics into numbered lines in three styles (hot, balanced and wild).
  • Lucky Sheets — plain-English articles about how NZ Lotto works, the numbers behind the draws, and sensible ways to think about playing.

All content is provided free of charge, without registration, for general information and entertainment only.

2. Lotto disclaimer — entertainment only

NZ Lotto draws are random by law. No calculation, method, style or "strategy" — including anything shown on this Site — can improve your odds of winning.

The Kiwi Picks generates combinations from past draw statistics for entertainment only. It is not betting, gambling or financial advice, and nothing on this Site should be read as a recommendation to buy any ticket. Please play responsibly, within your means, and only what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, help is available through the New Zealand Problem Gambling Helpline (0800 654 655).

3. No affiliation

Luckiwis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lotto NZ, the New Zealand Lotteries Commission, or any official lottery operator. Any resemblance in names or styling is descriptive only. Official Lotto results always take precedence over anything displayed here.

4. Your use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
  • scrape, bulk-download, or republish the Site's data or content at scale without permission;
  • use the Site in any way that could mislead others about the randomness of lotteries or the nature of our content.

We may restrict access to any user or visitor who breaches these Terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

All original content on the Site — text, images, illustrations and data presentations — is owned by Luckiwis or its contributors and is protected by copyright. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not reproduce significant portions without permission.

Winning-number data shown on the Site is compiled from public results and is provided for reference only; where it conflicts with official records, the official records prevail.

6. Privacy and cookies

We keep things light. The Site uses a small cookie to remember your preferences and to power optional tools, and may collect basic, anonymous usage statistics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice, and we may update these Terms — the "Last updated" date above will always show the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luckiwis accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any decision you make (including any ticket purchase) based on it. The Site does not sell tickets and never handles payments on your behalf.
