Lotto Draw #1425 — Numbers & Results Review

That Powerball number eight sure had a party trick up its sleeve last night. Draw #1425 rolled out 15, 19, 20, 28, 38 and 40, with 17 as the supplementary and eight as the big one. My 30 lines put up a decent scrap with 24 main-ball hits altogether, but not a single line managed to grab three or more of the main numbers — so close, yet so far. The best of the bunch was line nine, our wild card, which locked onto two mains. Here’s the funny bit: ten of my lines caught the Powerball itself, and the best line carried eight, the exact number drawn. Just bad luck that none of them lined up with enough main balls to turn it into something real. Maybe next week the stars do the dishes too.
